Phase III

Dignity and Power Now’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund is structured as an open-door program. Community members who have experienced loss, hardship, and health concerns from the pandemic can quickly and efficiently connect to essential support that includes access to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), COVID testing kits, and emergency food household supplies, clothing assistance, financial assistance, and rental assistance.

The economic impact faced by families who have experienced the loss of jobs, wages, and unexpected medical bills stemming from COVID 19 has placed additional strain on a family's ability to maintain housing costs. This added burden places many families at the brink of houselessness, despite federal and state eviction moratoriums.

Our third phase of COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars to thousands of households, with unrestricted access to emergency rental relief to families on the brink of houselessness.
